Our family, the Mpozionelos Ioannis' family, traditionally rural family, for many years deals exclusively with olive cultivation and production of olive oil. My father, Ioannis, today is 87 years old, was taking care of these olive trees like they were people and did not let us prune them so as not to be affected by the heat or the cold if we did something in a wrong way.
He managed to communicate to us his mercurial, his love for our trees and also his belief in the value of healtht eating.
He make us feel responsible that we have to take care of our trees ,with the same way as he, naturally, without interventions, which prevent the natural process and sacrifice the trees on the altar of the growing production.
Most of all he says with respect to humans and their right to choose genuine foods and products. "Eat genuine" he says and he has grafted us with this.
As an act of confirmation of this mentality, we included our estates in the most reliable institute of organic farming , BIOHELLAS , so as to preserve with actions our stable choice in the production of a product with absolutely natural methods.
